    • See my rank was 50k that too in 2017 and I got the mechanical branch in spot rounds.

so your chance is less but can’t say anything perfectly. You should try getting admission in another college and don’t wait for JMI only.

    • Sorry to say, bro. But you will not get admission with that rank. Keep participating in other colleges counselling.

      Best of luck

      Reply
    • Since there is no any EWS quota so you will fall in general category only.

chances are there for the civil branch that too in the last spot round. But don’t rely completely on it. Maybe every student takes admission and don’t leave any seats. so keep participating in other colleges counselling too.

    • As JMI admission in B.Tech is strictly based on the merit through JEE main result.

So being a general student ita very tough to get admission in jmi BTech with 84.13 percentile.

But keep looking for results and participate in spot rounds and counseling.

      Reply
    • Yes you have chance if your rank is around 60k but you have to wait for spot rounds i,e last counseling rounds.

And even it’s not guaranteed so participate in other college counseling too.

    • There is only OBC for Muslim candidates in JMI. You will come under the general category. So look the general cs cutoff.
